My granddaughter wanted to change he home and auto insurance and her friends said go to Erie Insurance. She talked to Heather and was impressed with her helpfulness. So I thought I would call as I wanted to see if I might want to change companies for my homes (2), auto, and umbrella insurance and save some money. I called and talked to Heather. I gave her all the data on my present insurance. She got back with quotes in a few days and offered advice on some changes and answered all my questions. Heather is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I signed up to change to Erie Embree Insurance Agency and saved a lot of money in the process. One unanticipated benefit to me is that this is a small agency and I have someone I know that I can call if needed. Not so with my last large office.

2023: I returned to Mike Embree Insurance Agency approx. 1 year after leaving to join my spouse’s insurance plan. Moving homes allowed us to revisit the insurance market and we were thrilled to return to the agency! We recently discovered Embree Insurance Agency online, as we were looking to shop our homeowners policy. Mr. Embree and his team have been fantastic and were able to provide such great service and information that we decided to switch over our auto insurance as well.
