I work for Leith Honda in Raleigh and had a customer that was getting insurance for their new car. Mike was totally on top of getting my customers covered. It added a bit of difficulty due to the fact that my customers were brand new to the country having just moved here from Canada. I talked to Mike about needing insurance for my family and was having a hard time getting my agent to return my calls. Within 24 hours he had completely taken care of all my needs. Mike Embree and his team provide exemplary service. I was purchasing a car for my son for the first time, I called Mike in the morning to provide all necessary preliminary information. Mike guided me thru this process and stated he and his team will be waiting for the VIN # to ensure the car was insured promptly. Once we determined the vehicle we wanted, I quickly contacted his office, before I could walk into the dealership to start the process, my sales person came out with the paperwork from Embree insurance.
