Mike Embree’s office was very professional and conscientious handling my car insurance with Progressive. I highly recommend them.

I was looking for a new auto insurance quote and came across Mike Embree Insurance online. I called and spoke with Heather and WOW! She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and took her time helping me compare my options. I previously spoke with another agent at a different company, and he made me feel like I was wasting his time since my renewal for my auto insurance policy isn’t up yet.. but Heather was completely engaging, nice, friendly, and made me feel like she really cared about me as a client. She was able to give me a quote that will save me money and offer more coverage! I will definitely be moving my auto insurance policy here when it comes up for renewal! I have been with Mike Embree since I bought my first car at 21. Over twenty years later I am still with him. Great service!!! I have my auto, renters, and life insurance through Erie and Heather just helped with my new renters policy with my upcoming move to Charlotte.

While the agency was not able to underwrite HO coverage for me, Heather was extraordinarily thorough, honest, and quick at getting her findings back to me. Additionally, I found the recommendations she made to be spot on. I wholeheartedly recommend this agency for anyone in the triangle looking to obtain homeowners and/or auto coverage.

I was very unhappy with my insurance agent. Mike extended his working hours to meet with me. He was very helpful figuring out how to manage my insurance needs. He found that I would be better off with another agency and actively helped me find the best option available despite the loss to his own agency. If circumstances were different, I’d definitely be a long term customer of his.
